I don't have information about Portugal study visa, but is still Schengen nation and is a good country where u can get part time job to support ur studies, so your 3million can take u there, and you work to support ur studies, u can check Czech Republic too although visa take months to come out but appointment is easier, problem of Poland is appointment date, if not is the best with the money you have at hand.

Also, is Poland treating you well? Is it advisable to move over there?

Poland is nice, there is work to do, pay is low because thier currency is not eur, equally low cost of living, house rent, food most things are cheap, is Schengen so u travel other countries, I have been to 5diff countries in Europe. Right now getting appointment date for Poland study visa is a big issue now.

Like I said the most important factor I’m looking at is the quickest to become a PR or citizen

Language is a problem in most of this countries that don't speak English, that's why UK is better, u can't get a decent job if u don't know thier language and this language is not easy for adults to learn, u can only be doing unskilled job except u are IT expect

Why go for a course in Slovakia instead of English, u don't understand Slovakia language and u want to offer a course in Slovakia, the university thinks u understand Slovakia language if not no way they wil give u admission, and Slovakia embassy might denial you because of language
