I don't use a tecno, but the best bet would be to do a factory reset.... Make sure you back up your applications, your music and pix wld remain intact.

Need your help guys, all of a sudden, there is no sound on my galaxy s2. Any application that requires sound ends up hanging my phone. Poweramp doesn't open anymore, the stock music player opens after a while, but says audio file can't be played when I click on any song. MusiXmatch does the same thing. Videos won't play, i also observed my fifa 14 doesn't open any more, i guess itz coz of the sound involved and the welcome video... It just shows a black screen and goes off. I can't make nor receive calls. My phone doesn't ring, coz it ends up hanging when, a call tries coming in. Itz Damn frustrating. I have done a factory reset and also a hard reset, but no luck. I also observed that earpiece doesn't work either... Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any idea? Plz help
