"You think" meaning you have no idea or you are not sure of the information that supports your knowledge of the issue. You don't fill any form on transit. They only take a copy of your boarding pass and stamp your passport.

Bros, there is a form you fill to declare the cash you have on you before you board, I experience this at least once on departure from Nigeria.

international aviation law doesn't warrant passengers on transit to fill custom forms. You only do that in the country of your final destination

But I think there is a form you feel to declare how much cash you are holidng.
