I applied to the university of Duisburg-essen and I was offered three conditional admissions. This is to mean that I'd have to go through the German Language school before I can then enrol as a student there.

Does it mean that the embassy may not give me VISA though the school confirmed that I was qualified for the admissions given?

The language course is not run by the school. We have to get a language school around the school to enrol.

By "statutory health insurance in Germany," are they saying the health insurance would be done in Germany?

Actually my admission was for MSc but I have to go through the language school to B2 level. May I enroll in Nigeria, obtain the result and then travel?

And if I do, how then may I obtain my Letter of Presence, as it's now a requirement to be offered VISA?
