But in any case, one of the options will take you to your normal home/desktop page while the other will keep coming back to this your current screen. Once you try the first option and it takes you back to this present screen, then you will know that the other option is what I'm referring to.

Now back to your question, why is your PC showing that?
What I've noticed is that when the system is not properly shutdown, that screen always comes up on my PC.
So always shut down your PC correctly from the screen and not from the power off push-button or from the socket.
