@op, am in a similar situation like yours. the thing is go for the one who loves you, because no matter what happens she would always strive to make you happy and at the end of the day, you will end up loving her beyond your imagination. But tread with caution, think with ur head not heart and solve d puzzle about the two ladies.

please don't play with the heart of the one who loves you, because she Is already in pain of not having your love like expected. I will end with this quote "He who loves more feels the pain of love, the other party knows nothing about the war that is going on".

Hi friends, Before I start I would like to say a big thank you to all Nairalanders because I have been a big time beneficiary of most topics ranging from romance (boyfriend girlfriend thing) to computer and virus thing to phone advice and coping with irate bosses, even though I don't comment.

I will be most greatful if the couples here give me their humble advice cos I need their experience.

I have gotten to a ripe age for marriage and have been praying to God for the man from whose rib I was taken from. I have a good paying job, mentally and emotionally sound for marriage, prayed and listened to different mp3's on marriage. There are lot of guys who want to date me but I feel I have grown past d age of casual dating and need to settle down, based on this I remind God that he is not an author of confusion and that I don't want to get confused with different proposals from men. that only the man from whose rib I was taken from should be persistent on asking for my hand in marriage.

My brothers and sisters, since August last year, there is this man that has been on my neck proposing marriage. I have tried all I can to avoid him, discourage him etc because I am not attracted to him, but he keeps saying he has made his decision. I don't know why am not attracted to him, but maybe its because am more educated than he is and I earn more than he does.

Please help a sister with your humble advice on what to do because it seems like the guys am waiting for are not ready.

Friends!!! my boyfriend whom I just met few months back wants me to meet his mum, but first I must meet his younger sister.


He is the first child out of two children ( he and his sister). The bond between this two is unbreakable, he loves, protect, provide and guards her jealously. She sees him as her god, father, friend, and brother. (please note, their father is late). I really love the bond between them and usually tease him that his wife would be lucky to have a man like him, since its obvious that he would "spoil" his wife with so much love.

I love him so much and pray to God that everything works out fine between us, but I don't know why I have goose boms at the thought of meeting his family.
