That's very small amount to hold. It's just 860million. Nevertheless, Rivers state is very buoyant, they should pay everyone quickly.

New Rivers State indeed, gone are days that civil servants counts days of the month, now tales of the moon light. Nobody can predict when salaries would be paid, to at least plan ahead and manage the mega take home. Gov Wike, remember we voted you in, we can as well oust you from office. Pay me my salary as at when due, else you know the nemesis...

The system is not systematic. No defined procedure.

This state has devalued its integrity and standard. A state that pays workers as at when due, last Friday of every month during Odili's and Amaechi's 1st tenure. We know the rapid economic meltdown in the country, but some states are living up to expectations, the likes of Delta, Cross River, Lagos are doing relatively well in terms of workers welfares. It is only in Rivers State that I saw civil servants that voted massively for PDP aspirants no matter the aspirant and his pedigrees. Even the 13000 teachers employed during Amaechi's tenure, voted massively for Wike not minding Amaechi's magnanimity to them. This world is full of intrigues. Let's be steadfast, watch and pray for a better Rivers State, it is God that will perfect this ugly trend.

Don't be a victim of their arrogance. Transfer that printout to ur salary account with RVSG. Earlier the better.

Sadly they've succeeded in diverting the attention of all the workers from non-payment to biometrics.

Ok, if indeed it's "no payment until biometrics" rule, then why the snail pace of the while exercise? The federal civil service did same with a much larger workforce and didn't have this kind of delay.

For those saying you'll be paid in a couple of days after biometrics, plz don't hold your breath waiting o. Today marks a week my school did our exercise yet no alert

Don't worry u'll be paid, if truly they're paying after biometrics. Nevertheless they may make changes. Still relax and watch their game.

It is only a fool that bits a finger that feeds him. If we can remember, the factors that brought us to this job, we will not stop to give Hon Chibuike Amaechi accolades. Pls house relax ur nerves. We shall triumph, just reminiscence past hitches, hence we endured till date. God must touch gov Wike for good times. Just watch.

My piece of Advice to Gov. Wike and his team: adjust and pay workers up to April 2016 salaries, then provide a reliable time table for the perceived biometrics, to enable us plan ahead without penury.
