My dear, I understand your feelings. But then you should understand that members do not post write-ups or reaction by the rules guiding academic formal writing. That is why you may read post written in pidgin english which is just for the fun of it and the friendly atmosphere the platform offers. Moreover, there could be errors due to certain conditions associated with the device in use.
Looking at your post, you will agree with me on the following:
1. The statement "Some teachers here needs constant upgrade"; and
2. "Some acclaimed teachers write-ups" both contain grammatical and punctuation errors. Furthermore, can one really HEAR what is written? Personally, I can only read writings.
I think we should dimply accomodate somethings and save ourselves some excessive emotional outbursts. This is not to justify bad grammar though.

The problems facing some of the members of this forum is pride and self ego. I didn't say 'hear'.In communication techniques, you listen to spoken words, and also, read written words. So, one must surely use his/her sense organs. Hence, if I've offended you,pls disregard my contributions.

What are you insinuating? That one is fortunate to secure this job does not make him/her most perfect. Some teachers here needs constant upgrades. I feel ashamed when I see and listen to some acclaimed teachers write-ups and grammar.
Check the rules of this thread. Mostly, item 21 "please spell words correctly, when you post, and try to use perfect grammar and punctuation".

My disagreement with people is only based on sentimental opinions, someone, only gave a reported speech of an individual, persons are jittering over nothing. Teachers: grow up.

Education and wisdom cum enlightenment followed by civilization makes you a complete teacher.

Everyone is talking about TRCN, what is bewildering me is this consistence audit and verification of teachers certificates in my lgea office in onelga every year. With contributions to the panels in cash. What a scam. All these things are not happening in the sister ministries yet they get benefits and promotions regularly.

The problems that we have nowadays is simply self ego, pride, and idiosyncrasy. I want to acquaint you teachers that what ever you write online is read by all and sundries. Nobody is an island, so no one is above mistake, your mind may be thinking the right, whereas your finger clicking the wrong. At any point in time i venture to write wrong grammar mistakenly, I feel very ridiculous. So pals simply put, "after writing proofread your tenses".

Tenses made on this thread are syntactically and semantically wrong. Pls, after writing reproof your tenses.

My brother, I wonder this their paying pattern, do you know that some persons banking in 1st bank have received, while others have not, in onelga ube. This was exactly how their paying anomalies started last year. I pray it will not repeat itself.

I called one of my colleagues in C.S.S. Deken in Gokana LGA today and he said that it was only very few staff that didn't resume today for the new academic session. I began to imagine where those who resumed today derived funds and the motivation to go to work. I've already made up my mind. No credit alert for my outstanding salaries .......... no resumption. God forbid that I and my family starve because I want to go to work. Those who their outstanding salaries have been cleared can resume. That's my own take.

Pls Hon. manage and go to school, you never can tell what tomorrow brings. Some colleagues will tell you not to go, but will be the 1st to go. Pls adjust and go on intervals, your salary arrears must be paid.

The worse and most wicked thing that Governor wike will do is to pay july salary to people that his own owning only July salary and leave those his owning April, may , June even Feb and March salary.
