Superman is indestructible bar kryptonite while as you mentioned Batman is extremely clever with a lot of guile but he's human. It's a tough call but I'd go with the dark knight. He's always in a perpetual brooding mood just like me so I'll go with the dark knight.
What is strength without wisdom? Mr. Kent would have been killed by Batman IN SPITE of his strength but....

Hey Solomonbrown64, in your last update where you mentioned that Nero was "invisible" I think , from the context, you meant "invincible" I.e. indestructible.
