Responsibilities are divided into 3 sub categories: Compliance, Internal Control and Quality Assurance

Compliance and Internal Control responsibilities
Manage Food Safety and ensure that the Food Safety Policy is adhered to in all stores.

Ensure stores have all the relevant licenses in place and keep updated. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Responsible for Health & Safety issues and ensure a safe working and compliant environment for both staff and customers.


Quality Assurance responsibilities
Main Function is to ensure Fresh produce an all other food products are being operated under an in house food safety management system and that this system is being operated effectively and efficiently whilst also meeting regulatory compliance

Work with Pricing, Research and Development department on the introduction of new products and raw produce as part of the company's New Item Development process

Manage supply chain controls through supplier approval and supplier monitoring programs

Develop all food safety policies and risk based prevention plans and specific procedures for all produce and food products.

Approve all new product specifications and review existing specifications on a predetermined frequency

Provide leadership and oversight for the Quality Assurance team members who ensure programs are working, procedures are followed, monitor product quality and enforce Food Safety Practices

Lead the addressing of all regulatory official requests including leading plant inspections

Identify non-conforming products and lead decision making process for disposition of those products based on the risk to food safety and quality.

Oversee shelf life studies on all food products on qualifying runs as well as existing products for continuing improvement purposes.

Perform routine internal audits and inspections, and coordinate with Operations Leadership to enact appropriate corrective actions.

Oversee raw ingredient/raw produce inspection program.

Create product specifications including ingredient statement and nutrition facts for new and reformulated products

Develop and implement training criteria and materials for team members for food safety and quality assurance

Main Responsibilities of a Pricing/Inventory Officer
We are currently hiring a Pricing Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical and operational pricing initiatives.

To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily

To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking

In addition to the above duties, the inventory officer is responsible for keeping a close eye on the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse.

He/she is involved in preparing the weekly reports of all the activities in the warehouse like the consignment received, the quantity of items received, point of collection and dispatch, stacking number, outstanding balance, etc. He/she provides the best service needs to the existing as well as the new customers and ensures that each and every customer remains satisfied.

Thus, he/she is involved in performing all the procedures and activities concerned with the management of the inventory and generally works under the supervision of a senior personnel and may perform other related duties as well.

You have a degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Monitor and implement network subscriptions
- Procurement of ICT equipment/consumables
- Repairs of ICT equipment
- CCTV maintenance/monitoring
- Perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

Skills Requirement:
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues

Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within information technologies, or substantial working experience
