Job Description
- Coordinating the implementation of the data governance strategy consistently across lines of business
- Identifying potential new data sources and monitor data quality
- Effectively managed and facilitate the execution of the Data Quality framework ensuring the capture of the facets of data process and element
- Assessment of risk and controls over he quality of data used in prioritized data process and other key processes and reporting of unmitigated risks.
- Supporting the implementation and execution of data quality measurement.
- Supporting the identification and documentation the critical data element.
- Preparing data management plans, completion guideline, data management report and other document required for preparing and completing database.

Other Duties
- Loves data! Especially credit and loan-related data
- Expertise with SQL and SQL Server
- Manage a small team remotely
- Train team members
- Develop tasks and processes for team to work with lenders to improve quality of data submission
- Create standard operating procedures (SOP) documentations for team processes
- Conduct team member/employee evaluation
- Interview candidates to join team
- Project, people and time management skills
- Travel internationally at least once a quarter (for a week)
