I'm talking about igbos within themselves not how others see them from the outside. Although I mentioned that we can't expect love when we don't give it to ourselves, the main point I was trying to make was about the igbos within themselves.

Ok for starters, I'm Igbo in case.... My question is why are igbos here getting upset about what people from other tribes are saying here? We igbos dont even love ourselves so why should we expect same from outsiders? in my opinion, that doesn't just show jealousy; that would show a man that does not trust his girl and borderline obsession. You should try and make her understand that some of the things she's asking of you wouldn't help you guys. What if you're going through her phone now and see something that doesn't go down well with you (not that she's messing around but you know how it is), then headache will be nonstop. At the end of the day, it's between you both and what works for y'all. Just keep in mind that it's all about having a healthy relationship, a little of this and that.
