Hello my people, please I made a payment since yesterday on AliExpress via my GTB ATM. One was for a single item which I did later. The other was for two items which I did earlier. Money has left my account but they have confirmed payment for only the later one. I hope all is well please?

I have noticed they don't call. You just have to take it easy with them because the job no easy shaa. I mean attending to a lot of people. I am experiencing the same thing with the guy that delivers to me here in Awka. I was shocked to notice they sent my item back to Lagos, planning to send it back to China without my consent. An item I call them everyday to send to me since over 2 weeks it arrived. All I did yesterday was to forward a mail to all their emails address in different countries I saw on their website, about four of them. They emailed me and promised to send it back to me.

I don't know much about paying with Barter virtual card but I have paid with pounds card before. If you didn't change your currency to the currency of the card you are using, it won't go through. Go to setting and see if your currency is in still in Naira. If it is, change it to dollars. Do not touch your location oooo... Location and currency dey the same place. Just change only currency and try again.

How long did nipost take to deliver

I paid for the phone on 5th of May, it got to Singapore in 2 days. It spent a while in there. It was later moved to another country where it spent 16days. Then arrived Naija on 26th of May and I picked it up around 8am this morning

AliExpress standard shipping but the tracking number started with RB and ended with SG. it got to Singapore and one other country before I got updated that it's in Nigeria. I will advice you to be patient mine spent 16 days overseas before it moved.

My address is Awka and I also ordered the same phone since 5th of may. I was told it's in Nigeria and has been handed over a local post since 26th. Since it got to Nigeria, custom never see am, Nipost never call me, tracker no de move, anytime you call Nipost, they will say their server is down, so the can't check the Item. The tracker on AliExpress site show that it's in the country and has been handed over to local post since 26th of last month. I have gone through EMS Nigeria site, Nipost and speedaf Nigeria site but couldn't track it, even though other international trackers say it's in the country. I am surprised because I expected it to pass through custom clearance before it would be handed over just like other items I've gotten from AliExpress via speedaf. Please, has anyone gotten an Item that didn't pass through custom first before local delivery here before?���

For the benefits of those whose items were shipped via Nipost, don’t bother calling the numbers on their website it’s of no use, kindly call the numbers from ems nigeria they use the same server, I just called a customer service number and he told me their servers are down that I should call back the next morning that is tomorrow

bro I think the case of that brother is different his packaged have not be shipped self, and you are right about the two countries but it is just hongkong China and Singapore where singpost is located and the distance by flight which normally they use in transporting packages and it is not up to a day
Normally it is expected that a package starting with R and ending with SG should take at least 3-4 weeks before entering Nigeria any thing above that Omo na missing package unless God intervene the main Coco if ur package enter Nigeria na nipost me don put my mind for like 4-5 wk to receive my package after it don land
