Hey guys, I’m so so sorry for not updating you guys all along. Teddy is currently 11 months and will be 1 year old by oct 23. He turned out to be over protective and very aggressive towards any perceived threat. My furry friend has Learned simple commands like sit, come here, shake and inside.

Good day everyone smiley

I have some questions for the financial experts or lawyers in the house.

Please what are the necessary details/paper works that has to be in place in order to invest in a start-up?

I’ve surrounded myself with some brilliant individuals and I would like to partake In their businesses. I am investing as an angel investor and according to the agreements (verbal), I’m entitled to a certain equity in the company and also a % based profit sharing formula.

After doing my due diligence about the business and market, I would like to know the necessary documentation needs to be in place in order to claim these benefits and have a rest of mind that my money is securely tied by a contract.

I don’t mind patronizing the service of a lawyer but I’d like the house to still tell me the things I should look out for and how it’s done.

I’d appreciate every input here, so this thread becomes a reference to future investors.

Today after a 2km walk. People no longer admire him when I walk him, they rather move to the other side of the road.

Anyway, I plan getting a female cauc very soon and hopefully they will bond together

The more you isolate him, the more dangerous he will become.

Well at this moment, no one wants to go close to him. The dog can be really scary sometimes. When he attacks, it’s like he has the intention to kill.

Here are some photos of Teddy and a mutual friend dog.

Teddy is currently 5 months and 1 week old. His puppy air have started falling off and his vocals is very scary now. He is now very aggressive and that’s a problem I’m dealing with currently, the dog answers to no one expect me.

If you have a Caucasian shepherd and you read about them online, you’d find out that your dog exhibits at least 90% of their said characteristics.

I’ve isolated him to prevent him from biting more people and because of this, it’s quite hard trying to socialize him cry cry

I got him from Petlove kennel, both are in Jos and they are excellent in the works they do. As a matter of fact, I contacted Bsquared first, his premium pups where sold out and that’s when I contacted Petlove, luckily, he had some really good pups from an imported litter, and thats how I got Teddy.

I've checked this thread like times without number to see if there's a new update on Teddy please do well to always keep us posted from time to time with pictures etc and anyway we can get a solid puppy as big and healthy as Teddy in Lagos or anywhere and can be waybilled to Lagos I do not mind the price please

Hello Guys, so a lot has happened recently, Teddy has taken his 3rd vaccine (anti-rabies) and he was also dewormed. I checked his weight and he weighed 20.1kg. The vet and simple research show that this is normal for his age.

It seems teddy is one of the exclusive pedigree caucasian shepherds here in Akure, the vet and Akure dog community seem to agree to that, I've shown him around and everyone admires his size and looks. I was right all along, TEDDY is the perfect name for him. I would measure his height on my next post.

Early morning training session. He now knows the air command, Go inside and down. Got clarity from Petlove that he’s yet to be 3 months. Will actually be 3 months on Saturday. I’m not sure about that, but I calculated from oct 23 2021 to now, and he should be 13 weeks this Saturday.

When I’m more settled, I’ll do a post about my experience raising a Caucasian pup for the first time

Teddy is 3 months old now. I can visually tell that he is growing, his height and length are where his growth is most noticeable. I’ll try to get his weight on his next visit to the vet.
He’s getting more stubborn and plays aggressively, I’ve started training him and he hears only the inside command, sometimes stay command also but mostly during feeding.

I feed him twice daily now and it’s causing mixed reaction among friends. Some recommended 3x daily others 2x.
I’ll upload a photo of his meal and let the house decide on what feeding ratio might be best for him

He is some pictures of him in akure and the cage I got for him. I think the cage is quite big but Teddy made it look small. He’s 10weeka as of today and already occupy more than half of the cage while lying down.

So guys, a lot has quite happened ever since.
Teddy has moved with me to his permanent home here in akure. The journey was quite smooth since it’s a private vehicle and the AC was running throughout.

We spent about 5-6hrs on the journey (Warri to akure) and had just one bathroom break. I didn’t feed him the previous night so that made it easy for me and Him. Also while on the journey he made some whining sound and I new he needed a bathroom break.

Lol, I guess my dog is normal then. I followed up your thread with maya, great dog. I contacted Bsquared for a pup first but his premium litter (drogo X Vera) was sold out as at then. Petlove was my next best option. If I decide to get a female later, I wouldn’t mind your dog and another excellent male.
