Peller is about to know. Who dey call Eve.

Man rise woman.
Woman come be the downfall of the said Man.

The truth is, this involves an underage boy. The woman initially took advantage of his immaturity for her own selfish reasons. She irresponsibly placed the role of a father upon a child, a burden he was too young to bear. Now, after this pressure has broken him, she releases videos to portray herself as the victim. She should be arrested for manipulating a minor.

The most useless statement I have heard this year, yet Government knows how to collect tax from Facebook when you run ads.

What happened to security agency NIS mandating Facebook, Tiktok to give them coordinates that bandits posts terrorists pictures & videos from?

If you want assets that are constantly growing and rarely drop in value, the answer is simple: Land or Gold.

I call them generational wealth builders grin. Just look at the math: a plot bought for ₦1 million three years ago will surely not sell for less than ₦2 million or ₦3 million now. That’s the kind of appreciation you want.
Inflation cuts in too. Someone bought a plot for 9mNaira (365 per dollar ) $21,817 in 2018. Someone else bought it for 30m naira in 2024 (1500per dollar) $20,000 is that gain or loss?
