Yes, he's still mad to this day. His madness is kind of strange though because he has moments of clarity, where he makes sense. You could have a normal conversation with him, then mid-conversation, he'd start his mad chanting about how he's "raving mad all over town". Very sad indeed, Marty. In my hometown there's another one, but it's a guy. He still wears his identity card from where he used to work. Once upon a time he had a well paying job with the government, then he impregnated someone & denied that the child was his. Well, he became mad soon afterwards.
