a tourist visa is meant for tourism purposes, and the minute the immigration officer will have a clue that you want to abuse their free healthcare system, you will be sent back home... because any smart immigration officer would understand that, since you cant fly with any airline within 30 days of due date (thus you will give birth in no less than 30 days) AND it will take more than two months for that infant to get valid documentation to fly out of Brazil (AKA within the remaining 60days of your tourist visa)... SO IT IS OBVIOUS FROM THE GET GO THAT YOU ARE GONNA OVERSTAY YOUR TOURIST VISA, thus entry into Brazil would be DENIED on the ground that you knowingly gonna overstay your visa!!!!!
