Hello guys! A very good day to us all. Having a bit of problem here..
There is this gift of an iphone 8plus(Brand New) I am expecting from family abroad.
It was to be 11pro though, but haven read through a post here couple of months ago, of someone whom was sent a gift of an iphone X and was taxed roughly 200k by custom,
It kinda poses a threat accepting the offer so I'd be opting in for the 8plus.
I wanted to know if gifts from family are taxable and if there could be any better courier I could be refered as I have no such money to claim gift if any problem should come up.

So very sorry it's my first time using aliepress, having little or zero knowledge on how to go about this..
Had placed the order 11th of March, Not like I had been relaxed , Been in contact with the seller who kept pleading I give it time..
I had been understanding but C'mon the year gradually fades. Nothing seems happening.
I'd so much appreciate if you could give me some guide as to contacting the CC rep.

I had tried opening a dispute before now, bellow is the message that kept poping up ...
"Dispute can only be opened up to 15 days after you have comfirmed recieving your items"

How do I go about this, I never confirmed receiving any item in the first place, I only wrote to the seller to help extend my protection period as learnt it was the best measure to take, But the seller kept telling me to give it some time that my item would arrive sooner.
what else could possibly be done?

Tried severally attaching file, when I submit, it doesn't come through. Dunno what the problem probably is, had worked with the stipulated size's for Attachments; It still wouldn't come through..

Hi Guys,
Greetings here, Please I earnestly need our assistance here, I had placed an order on "SIM Card Tray Slot Holder LG G6" aliexpress, on 11th of March, it's my first time though. Learnt orders have been coming in, but nothing seems happening at my end.
it's become a matter of concern and makes me worried, had visited my post office Twice, was told they've got no delivery from aliexpress since Febuary.
Wrote to the buyer severally, his last response reads;
"dear, i contacted with the shipping company, they said your parcel need some times to delivery ,hope you can patient wait"
I had been patient enough, But it's become more vexing because orders keeps rolling in, decided escalating this here for further assistance..
