If this was the case, tell your friend not to hesitate involving the police. Why would he do such a thing? It is obvious that he has sinister motives. Better still, the school authorities should involve the police themselves to salvage what is left of their dignity

She should ask the child if that was the first time he did it. And then, the gateman should be investigated properly and asked to provide the nail he cut since it is wrapped in a paper. The man probably has ulterior motives

These codes are also. Even tho *#06# is a mandated general code and these ain't, they ain't harmful. Think about the *#0000# or so which is used on Nokia phones in checking ' about phone'. It isn't a general code. *#*#4636#*#* will work on almost any android phone and *#002# which is used in cancelling call diversion can be used on almost any phone so no harm in trying it. I've been using them before now, you could as well try it out.

You see, people like you naturally shut their minds off things they don't want to believe-be it real or not-instead of being open to other explanations.
