Inaccurate (and frankly crazy) information - where in the world would there be rules preventing someone from paying their school fees from their own pockets?
There are no specific "schools" where getting part-time work is "easy".
Better to look at it this way - just like in most countries, the bigger the city, the more the economic opportunities tend to be. And bigger cities also have higher cost of living, London being the most common example.
Secondly, the universities offering cheaper tuition also tend to be in less attractive locations, like Hull for instance.
Put all that information together, look at your pocket, do your research, then decide.

I'm living in dubai currently, and I don't use dubai account I save my money directly to Nigeria account,
Because of this, do I need to exit the country for interview when it's time or do you think I can still use my 9ja statement of account in UK embassy here....

You gonna work for 6 days for a salary of 1200 dirham (150k) with current rate

This salary is mostly paid to new comers or if you're lucky sha,it could be more

But right now, telling you to resign and face the uncertainties here is suicidal..

Instead take a break at work, risk it, come to uae within a month you'd decide ffor yourself if the trip really worth it

I didn't quite get the question very well,...but I'll try explaining what I think it might be.

The admission process is different from the one at the embassy,...you can do them at a different time interval,...but you cannot apply for a resident permit if you don't possess an admission letter,...

So, you can choose to verify, then legalize before applying for the admission or you can do it the other way around, (but just to be on the safer side, it's more advisable to apply for the admission first, before going through with the legalization)

Also concerning the time interval,..you can legalize your documents this year, and still use it the next year, it's a matter of choice,...

Lot of colleges of education nowadays are converted to university of Education...cos of low enrollment rates
I doubt if any student would love to start his or her career from the colleges of education..

But who knows.. Even life itself is a choice

Sometimes the education you acquire won't limit you cos what truly brings money, luck and fortune are not taught in school..
