simplygrace: Pls house I need advise on a certain issue. I am a biochemist(msc) n I really want to do something different now. I want to establish a. Lab but I need an amlsn certification and I don't know how to go about it. Pls help a sister out Rather than going through the back door to run a medical laboratory, I would suggest that you get some training as a public analyst and start rendering laboratory services as an independent consultant under them. Its safer and cheaper from the legal perspective. @coollabman this advice also applies to you. |

Education › Re: Beware Of Student Pastors! (true Life Story) by marvelling(m): 12:03pm On Jan 24, 2015 |
The post made by the op reminds me of something I experienced while I was in school. A guy claiming to be a pastor/evangelist walked into predegree hall and began to preach. By the time this guy finished the sermon, he ask those in the hall that were serious to sow a seed of N1000 so that God can secure admission for them. You won't believe that nothing less than 100 students came out on the spot to sow the "seed" there. Some that didn't have promised to give next time they saw him. The guy walk out of that hall with nothing less than 100k in his pockets. He came a couple more times to milk the cash cow before the school authorities banned preaching in pedegree hall. |

eledacedar: I can sell for you at half price. Just let me know how much the distributor wants to sell to you and I'll sell for you at half price Now listen carefully to me! We can do this all day. Its really silly for me to invest time getting you since you're nothing but a low life, a nobody. You have dropped your contact details on nairaland I can easily get you if I want (your saving grace is that I'm not currently in lagos). You've been advised to stop trolling (most especially with the cultist thing). It'll be too bad for you to be made an example! You've been warned! |
Business › Re: Please I Need Your Advice by marvelling(m): 8:52am On Jan 20, 2015 |
eledacedar: A friend introduced me to the product sometimes last year. She was always calling me 24/7. Then, I was not really into the MLM aspect but because it's a fuel additive and with the high consumption of fuel in Nigeria, I was mostly interested in being a retailer, just buy n sell and take my profit.
After I paid for the first batch of products, I discovered it was not really accepted in the automotive market. For a product that does what they claim xft does, it should be in every household in this country( don't u think so too?).
When I discovered the product isn't really what it is, I called my friend to come and buy my stock at half price, since then Na story she dey always tell me. She called me last in march. I made it clear to her that if she is really making sales on the product as she claimed, she would be willing to buy my stock at half price because that means she will eventually make more money out of it than me.
It's a scam. That's my opinion. If the product really works as they claim, it should be on everybody's lips by now. Funny enough, you have to pay money to attend their seminars so even if you eventually don't register with them, they would have at least made some money off you.
Some of their top promoters like a guy named Ephraim are even rude when you try to ask them intelligent questions.
I hope you get to make the best decision for yourself sha. Lol! Mumu see as ur life dey. Bloody f00l |

eledacedar: If only there were to be a regulator of these MLM promoters. There are a million and one products that they promote. It's just a pyramid (Ponzi) scheme that they have added products to.
There's this one they call XFT. They claim it reduces fuel consumption and improves engine life. I registered with them with 112k only to discover that the product is not retailable. With the way Nigerians use petrol, kerosene, diesel, you would expect that such an additive will move sharply. Na lie.
When I contacted the lady who introduced me to them to come and buy the stock I have at half price ( i was willing to bear loss), she was always telling me very funny stories. I responded to a guy who was promoting the product on nairaland some hours ago. I told him to come and buy the stock in have at half price and the fellow said I should pay money into his account to buy a book that will help me be successful in selling the product. So disgusting.
In short, all these MLM schemes are fraudulent. It's just a pity that anybody can come into Nigeria, package anything and scam people into parting with their money. Mugu! I wonder how many times them don scam you! |

eledacedar: OpendTect has a free version that you can download online from dgb earth sciences(dgbes). I have petrel 2009 that I can give for free( its too large to upload here) I can also give surfer 8,10 as well as winglink free. In addition, if you have a good system ( fast processor and large space), I can give you a virtual machine that will enable you installed windows XP. The advantage of this is that some of these softwares run better on XP. It also helps to avoid licence clashes in some cases.
