Pls, why can't i make a post on jobs/vacancy section? I wanted to advertise myself for internship on that section but i was told i can't post on that section until a few weeks time

Anyway, I am a fresh & succulent graduate of microbiology, I need a good place/company where i can do my internship. I don't mind if am not paid. I don't want to sit down at home idle, waiting for call up letter and I also want to get some training/on the job experience in any area of my field of study.
