What you should know is that we all are vision driven when properly motivated. Even you as the HR know this.....I know majority of warehouse in Ibadan and fully aware of how each operate.Its so not encouraging

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of a personal family driver to do the following:-
1. carry out simple routine inspection,maintenance and must observe all traffic regulations.
2. ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts
3. abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the state authorities to avoid any mishaps accidents.
4. make sure that in case of making a delivery for the employer the package is delivered in the best condition and in a timely fashion
5. take care of the safety of those who are traveling with him her in the vehicle
6. keep all the documents of the vehicle and his her license in place while driving any vehicle and report any issues with the car.

REQUIREMENT
At least two years experience as a driver, a valid drivers license, good knowledge of abuja and the environs road network and must stay in/ around Garki, Durumi, Apo axis.The working days are Monday to Saturday. Availability to occasionally take Sunday and night shifts. Ability to remain calm and polite in stressful driving situations e g at rush hour.

I have never in any accident scene in Nigeria seen an emergency vehicle already conveying accident victims....All I see is them been covered with leaves,been pushed into a wheel barrow or a 90's pickup vehicle...
