1. Your point one is very wrong. The world is watching to see how other Nigerians like you and I would react to this. Criminal activities happen in every country but in saner climes, the majority of the people are proactive in bringing the perpetrators to book. Everyone has a sense of responsibility towards preventing and/or bring crime to book

2. The second point - Yes he should report it to the police so that the number would be traced and the criminal brought to book. But what do you mean by forget it if the money doesn't worth much? That doesn't make sense. The problem with undeveloped countries like Nigeria is the lack of "a sustainability mindset". So "if the money isn't worth it" and there was something the OP could do to bring the criminal to book, he just leave it and leave the criminal to continue to scam others victims - since "the money isn't worth it"?? And do you think someone that dupes another of a hundred naira wouldn't do the same for a million if the chance presented?

This man Ifeanyi Christian Nwosu ran off with our money after we made an installmental payment for a phone which was our agreement. He decided to block our numbers and refused to reply our text messages after 24hrs of payment. I do not understand why Nigerians go the route of scamming people just to make a living and this right here is one of the reasons why other countries don't do business with us. Kindly reply this thread if you know any way we can find or locate him. Thank you.

The way you guys refer to North which is made up of 19 states...how many states have the so called hisbah in the north...Mind you we have Jos, Taraba, Adamawa, Nassarawa, kogi, Benue,Kaduna etc and there is nothing like hisbah...even faraway Borno has nothing like that
