1. If she can assist with where I can get it sewn into retail units, that will be very fine.

A Governor's consent is needed when you buy a property that has an existing C of O already issued on it i.e. if you buy a land and the land already has a C of O, you need a Governor's consent to effect a proper transfer of title.

If the land is e.g bought from an omo onile or the land is without a C of O, then you only need to apply for a C of O to be issued in respect of the land.
