You claims on providing references and instance is laughable. You make reference to the cost of a Kiln which is a capital cost that is at best amortized and even so at local currency conversion rate at time of purchase or installation. You make references to Diesel when Dangote cement runs on gas turbines and the gas is sourced locally from NNPC, etc.

The major operating costs in cement production is the cost of raw materials and power. And I have shown these are locally sourced. Transportation, personnel and marketing costs do not warrant the upsurge we see in price differential over a short period. So where is your argument?

If you make your points so easily and backed up with strong evidence, you would not need to challenge anyone to prove your intellectual capacity. You only prove things that are in doubt. How often have you had to prove you are a man when all can see you are one?

Your ignorance on the operations of cement production is as bright as daylight, it's better to engage a wall in an argument to engage a numskull like you.

Vendors in this case refers to mostly food vendors and other road side vendors obstructing free flow of pedestrian movement.

You want to compare the process of cement production and biscuits? Have you ever seen a limestone quarry? Only coal mining comes close in terms of efforts and expense.
Machinery for biscuits have been fabricated locally since the days of Okin biscuit, where in Nigeria can you manufacture a cement kiln? Do you have the tech and know how?
Dangote refinery has the world's biggest Atmospheric tower (Crude distillation column) which was built by SINOPEC in China, that piece of equipment alone gulped up to $2B , constructing a modern cement kiln in not what you build in a year and only the OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) can supply you with spare parts and after sales services. A cement kiln once powered on requires a specific period before it can be turned off so whether you are in production or not you are burning diesel. You need to visit an actual cement plant to appreciate the complexity of the production process.
No dey compare biscuit production with cement production, one is a capital intensive business while the other is not.
