these software u mention usually has tutorials that comes along with them, but what i know about tutorials is that u have to at least have a basic foundation on the software or semilar software before u can really gain something useful from it without any assistance from some1 else, other than that,u would actually need a tutor to put you tru

why is it so easy to make enemies than friends, i have followed this thread right from its onset, reading virtually all comment,who started this topic is off line @ d moment, and u guy r slicing urselves with insult like its a war of word swords, just a reminder, NL is not a battle feild.

i opperate a pre-paid account with Glo and sometimes last year, i found out that my call credit was been deducted by glo on two consecutive occassions of N500 recharges that i made, the deductioins occurred after i made just a few cals that shouldn't cost more than N150 and then my credit was drastically reduced to some N5 or 6, i tried customer care but network was terribly difficult, i chilled, precisely on the 11 & 13 of Feb. 2012 same thing happened again on two recharges of N500 i made, so i followed it up with series of cals to customer care, they actually confirmed that my money was deducted but they kept failing to make refunds, at a time one of the c.c attendants even promised i was going to get my refunds 30mins after my cal but nothing happened,then i went to their web site and sent my compaints but got no reply, i was furrious and thought of sueing glo to court for fraudulent action cos glo c.c sent me a txt of confirmation to my complain and i held on to it as my only evidence. guys is any one experiencing this too or am i the odd one here?
