If you have been preparing with PMBOK4 and all the available PM Prep books in the market and wish to write your exam this year, please plan to do so before July 31st. PMBOK5 is already out but it will be from July 31st that the Exams will be based on the New 5th Edition of PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). I am sure that all the Prep Book Publishers plan to release new editions of their books too by June 2013 latest.

Don't you see that the ruling PDP perfected their act by making sure that their Governors (Uduaghan of Delta, Segun Oni of Ekiti , and lately Olagunsoye Oyinlola all served their tenure before they allowed the complainants to have their way. Who knows what they have in store,  Whoever composed of  those Judges who took part in this fraudulent acts need be ashamed of themselves as it is still clear that the PDP do have the clout when it comes to legal wranglings. From personal experience, (assuming that the two cars are in good working condition) i'd go for the 2004 Skoda Octavia anytime.
