The kids are officially in d custody of teachers.In that case, report d matter either to d teacher or d school head and all involved will be summoned in ur presence and heard from.
Ur kid might even be d one that bullied them first before they retaliated.U can't tell because u were not there when it happened.
But in all, it's a minor case for d school authority.
Finally, avoid anything dt will make u have verbal exchange with d teacher of ur kid.Instead, often give her motivational gifts if she is doing well and u will make better way for ur kid.

There should be a remand order for criminal cases like armed robbery. murder.
For civil matters like land dispute, owing of debts etc without evidence of infliction of injury or damage to properties, there should be no remand of any sort until the acussed is convicted.
