Hang around residential areas in d morning, then move to commercial and corporate areas during the day till evening.
Avoid too much short trips, avoid going to areas that u will have to drive empty back to civilization to position urself.
Know d difference between weekend and weekdays in terms of positioning and destination. Take advantage of events, parties, beaches. If u r in a surge area, look for long distance or average trip. If u see surge coming, go offline for a while to take advantage of d surge. Better to wait 10mins and get the surge.

In this case, its an example of not driving smart. Definitely u will rest, but u cant be sitting for hours in a spot waiting for trip that will only come by luck. If u take someone to VI or ICM early in d morning, u dont wait there for trip now, if not u will wait for 2hours. U have to go back to a residential area and pick people going out.

Azin!! There is something he's probably mot doing right or probably not telling us the actual truth. 15k gross is probably 7-8k net after fuelimg and feeding, this is very poor for a 14hr work input.

Bad fuse.

Check all fuses, and replace blown fuse

The fuse in charge of power supply to the charger and radio has cut. First you need to find why it cut if not the replacement might go down the same route.
If it's charger as bazoo1 claimed, then change it before changing the fuse
