It is called Diplomatic immunity. it literally means you can get away with Murder. it even applies to scrutiny at the airport, A diplomat is like a moving country. But then again he could have used his discretion regarding is safety because non of those aboki's understand what that means. So why risk your Life cause you have immunity that does not cover accidental death from Mob action. Phew what a crisis that would have generated, hope that do not mess with a North Korean diplomat next time..

They should simple reduce the value of our Notes by 1digit. Basically removing any note higher than 100 -N- from circulation, than introduce new 100 notes. So all those millions in circulation and burial ground would be useless.
This method would revert back to using 100naira notes and curb excessive plundering and Tiefing, because in practice the politicians only introduced higher note to aid stealing, can you imagine stealing 10Milla all in hunids...

What does it matter showoff or not it is another 115 Widows that would not go home Hungry and also have an opportunity to feed their kids, find small scale business to indulge in.
