Just of recent, i felt some strange things in my body, am feeling pain in chest, nervous, anxious, and sometimes, i'd feel suddenly anxious, and feeling like am not getting enough breath,,i usually get scared after this.
i researched on what's happening to me and later found out twas a panic attack,cause the symptoms just fits well with mine,i discovered it aint harmful,that its related to early aldulthood, But i had this panic of a thing just of recent..and am really scared, whenever i thing about it, shudnt it be a heart ***?..i wouldnt want to think over it to that extent cause i witnessed someone who died with it, i learnt it may be due to post traumatic stress. And i realized have been stressing myself long b4,but thought stress affects adult,and am in my early 18s,,,could it be really be due to stress?


Really needs nairalanders advice on this please....

The fact that Jesus Christ is at the "right hand of God" was a sign to the disciples that Jesus had indeed gone to heaven. In John 16:7-15, Jesus told the disciples that He had to go away and He would send the Holy Spirit. So the coming of the Holy Spirit in the upper room on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-13) was proof positive that Jesus was indeed in heaven seated at the right hand of God.
