like its easy that way, gym reduces nothing.

I think someones diet has more role to play than food, I got potbelly when I was growing up, I was satisfied foodie, I could eat at odd hours regardless of how many square meal it's.

I got trolled by friends then in school, I became skeptical about time and the kind of food I eat, with a bit of press up and lite gym.

hitting gym daily without good food and time to take them will reduce nothing. most of my friends are potbellied, I enjoy hanging around with them cause they ain't self-centered, that what I admire about few I know.
