@ Baddo: Mine was on the 13th October and I have not heard anything from anyone IRO the result.

To all prospective GTs, I apologise for not making any comment since after my interview last month. I just recovered from the interview shock and wish to share my experience with you guys.

I am very sure that you guys would have a different interview format. As for me, the interview took like 30mins.

First was the introduction of each panel member (comprising 7 engineers and 1 HR) and thereafter each person asked their question (s)

Thereafter, the panel requested to know me by asking tell us about yourself.
Then another person asked me about industrial safety, root cause analysis and condition based assessment.
The third person asked me of the design codes applicable to pressure vessels.
Next was the question asking me to tell the panel what I know about Turbines and compressors.
Other member asked me of a time I exceeded my expectation at work.
some other questions were clarifications based on the answers I gave for the above listed questions.

In all honesty it was a typical Technical interview session and not jamboree at all but the expectation of the righteous shall never be cut short IJN.

No one is sure of the interview duration because it varies for each candidate. As for the allowance, NLNG will reimburse you for the transport/flight allowance according to the distance from your residence to the interview location

The Interview date is fixed. Anyone willing to share information would be appreciated. For the people skeptical of sharing info, be ye reminded that "The Race is Not for the Swift, Neither the Battle is for the Strong but Time and Chance Happen to them All" says the Lord.

I tried getting information on the experienced hire interview structure but to no avail. However, I read the NLNG Graduate Trainee trends for information regarding their assessment centre format. It should help a little.

Interview postponed indefinately for the second time. No complain because all things wiil work together for good by God's grace.
