I don't think anything is wrong with the organization. In this part of the world, the way you dress has a link on how you will be address, moreso it was a formal gathering, job interview. No matter the civilization we try to copy and level of moral decadence in the society, certain values and etiquettes should not be eroded. This is Africa and indeed NIGERIA !

Yes with 4m you can build a decent two room self contain but you have to engage the services of direct labour otherwise it would not complete the project. I spent a little bit above 4m to build a descent 2 room self contain with good borehole though the site location is a factor to be considered as well.

Yea the state govt converted state general hospital in osogbo and uses same as uniosun teaching hospital. However, it should be noted that the then governor oyinlolo made it clear that osun state has no financial resources to build and maintain a standard university but for political reason ....
