This reality is why you must believe in God beyond the religious books. nobody is saying that singularity is the Christian, traditional or Muslim God. nobody knows. but that singularity must exist at a realm you cannot comprehend. regard everything you can see as a continuum that must converge to a point of singularity. That's where you will find God. Follow a religion that tries to explain him , you will not be 100percent right, but you will never be 100 percent wrong. Nobody on earth here, living knows anything. People go to school for years and read many books and get very good at reproducing what you have read WITHOUT learning how to THINK


Your logic is illogic.
People hold opinions for different reasons. A person may have heard about gods and decide not to believe because they have no experience of it and so they have no reason to believe . The reason is simple , god is not within their sensory experience
Spirit husband is a very common concept in Nigeria
There are many Nigerians who do not believe it and other who do for different reasons
There are places of the World where they have no knowledge of spirit husband and will not believe because it is NOT IN THEIR EXPERIENCE
The same applies to money ritual and so on
In others people exist that only believe what they know or experience whether it be ALIENS frrom the planet ZOG , Spirit husband Money ritual or God it is all the same

Why should a supreme being feel sorrow or anger, or even joy? Everything is going to His plan, so he should have no surprises that invoke disappointment or joy.

My atheism was informed by:
- the utter callousness a God has for the death of innocent people, over and over again. The reply of "can't question God" doesn't really assuage this
- the feeling that God constantly makes mistakes and kills a whole bunch of people: floods, earthquakes, fires; ostensibly because he made people, they didn't do what he wanted, so he resets...
- the similarity of blood sacrifices to other religions: from Isaac to Jesus... blood is spilt as atonement.
- unanswered questions about what happens to souls of unborn children, those who died before they could understand Jesus, those who didn't hear about Jesus in their lifetime.
- similarity to other religions.

I am a Muslim. I went to Catholic Primary school and did Bible Knowledge as a compulsory subject from primary-1 to JSS-3, nobody in my set got up to me in the Exams. But, I also went to Quranic schools. So, I have a fair knowledge of the two most popular religions in Nigeria. Today, I am married to a Christian. My kids are Christians. But, mind you, I too was baptized in primary-4 at at the Catholic Church, I was baptized immediate after High School at Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry, Onike Yaba, I was also baptized at Winners Chapel when I wanted to wed a Winner. But, I am still a Muslim who also goes to the Church.

Christianity and Islam are not scam, only that Nigerians want God to do for them what they should do themselves. The difference between the two religions are the people who practice the religion. Christians are not as aggressive as Muslims when their religion is malign, but Muslims are more tolerant, that is why you see several Muslims who are married to Christians and still drive their wives to Church.

Overall, I go to the Muslim, and also go to the Church. If masquerades of my community come out, I still follow them for up to 3o kilometers round a section of the city.

If you think God does not exist, then you need psychiatric evaluation.

I do not know book. Mine is , no one is born with religion they have to be indoctrinated > So there are different kinds of failed indoctrination, incomplete indoctrination or reversed indoctrination.
I was talking about the mind and the mechanisms of it operations i.e. the capacity for fanaticism or absorbing indoctrination ideas
The idea might not be one that has anything to do with God at all e.g. Nazi anti-Semitism can be learnt and the underlying beliefs just as strong as religion

The Bible may not be true to you, same with other holy books. however if you accept your fallibility as a human and the limit of human knowledge. then you will start believing again in an intelligent , all-knowing being. whether the religions of today describe him and what he wants, will be story for another day.
