By the way, modern scholars have agreed there's no interpolation in Book 18, Chapter 5...it's authentic

They said it’s “ more authentic” it’s still skeptical.
If the desperate Christians can interpolate a part in the same book why can’t they interpolate the next? To match their book? Common sense

If they can interpolate a part why can’t they interpolate the other part?

These same early Christians were the one that created the canon and created the Christian bible, if they can interpolate a much early text, imagine what they do to the present book in the command.

It’s common sense, if Christians can interpolate a part in a book, why can’t they interpolate another? What’s stopping them?

If you worship something true why that desperate to interpolate?
And it all makes sense if you are look at the history of the early church, it’s too glaring.
