So what if they're richer than coach? You mean the coach should descend so low and accept shit from d players just because they're richer? Yeah these players are not kids. But Enyeama is behaving like one here. In the book of Sir Alex Ferguson he said discipline is the most important aspect of his philosophy and he said even if you're the most talented and you're not ready to abide by this you're out! A player shouldn't be greater or more powerful than the coach or the team. Cheers.

stop being mischievous. you should know that I meant to type oliseh in my previous postulations.

You are the one making a fool of yourself. These players are not kids. most of them are richer and more famous than oliseh would ever be. The only thing keeping them under is their patrotism for the country. Because you are the coach does not give you the impetus to threat them like kids.

Have u heard anywhere in the world where the captain of a team was disbanded with his prior knowledge?

You made the wrong analogy. in coaching, respect is mutual. If you lord it over your players, they would lose respect for you, rebel against you and you would get sacked.....who's the master then?

Oliseh bleeped big Time and should be ready for the consequences to come. I Don't see him lasting any longer on that seat.

Sports / Re: Why I Removed Enyeama As Eagles Captain — Oliseh by Mayor101010(m): 11:11am On Oct 08, 2015
Enyeama should have called or sent an e-mail to the coach or NFF citing reasons why he won't be in camp early. This is proffesional football and he of all people should have known better.. You can't just come on monday behaving like a don.. Even if you went for your mother's funeral- which is a good excuse, you should have followed due process.

Romance / Re: EXPOSED: Reason For Increasing No Of Single Ladies In Nigeria & The Solution by Mayor101010(m): 10:25am On Sep 29, 2015
During the time when we were about gaining independence and the 'OYIBO' people start leaving there were vacant spaces in our public offices so we need to replace them.. Our young people were encourage to go to school then and scholarships were given to some to study abroad so that they'll be ready to take up these positions. Then there was abundance of white collar jobs and graduates have the luxury of choosing the ones that suit them... Fast foward to today the number of jobs available outweighs the number of graduates that's been churned out. The problem lies in our educational system in that they churn out job seekers and not job creators.. When all u teach in a tertiary institution is pure theory and not practical what type of product are u expecting. I also blame goverment- both past and present- for not doing enough in the aspect of youth empowerment.

Sports / Re: Which Nigeria U-17 Team Will You Consider The Greatest? ??? by Mayor101010(m): 7:27am On May 07, 2015
I think the 2013 team was the best I've ever seen from an under-17 group because they were heads and shoulder above their mates . Their team play was very coherent(they play as a unit) and they were very devasting and ruthless in front of goal.. Of course the 1993 team was also a great one and most of them went on to play for the Super Eagles. Let see what happens with this lot(the 2013 team).
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: A Genius Answer To A Moral/Ethical Dilemma Asked In A Job Interview by Mayor101010(m): 12:50am On May 05, 2015
''an old lady who look as if she is going to die'' not that the old lady is dieing or she's going to die anytime soon... It used only to describe how the old lady looks.. So why taking her to the hospital? As for me I'll pick all three and they will have to sit on eachothers lap with the old lady on top because I can't leave anyone behind.
unyours:
I decide to share this because i believe it will help someone someday.

Whenever we come through ethical dilemma, the chance is that everyone will choose the part that leads to the least harm.
Most times, it's a function of ones ability to think [intelligently] outside the box.

Now here's a moral dilemma meant to be solved by 200 applicants in a job interview. You will be marveled when you see the answer the only successful candidate gave. Many wouldn't have reasoned in that line.

You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night. You pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. An old friend who once saved your life.

3. The perfect man (or woman) you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car?

Think before you continue reading.
_____________________________

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back. However, you may never be able to find your perfect dream lover again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer. I love this. I might actually use it sometime for an interview situation.

He simply answered: “I would give the car keys to my old friend, and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the woman of my dreams.”

Never forget to “Think Outside of the Box.”

My 50kobo advice to all jobseekers:
Avoid giving a straight-up answer to interview questions no matter how straight-to-the-point the question is.
Always have something to add to spice up your answers and be straight to the point as you do so. Expect all kind of useless questions. Lol.
The interview that landed me my job was an interview i got most of what i will call off-point questions like:
Are you married?
What tribe will you like to marry from?
Can you speak Yoruba language?
What's your username on nairaland? (I shock!)

Wish you all goodluck

If you are looking for a place to live and have a rest of mind i think some part of Osun state will be ideal... Nature is still intact in some part and it has not been degraded by deforestion and the likes... Life is just so simple and the people are super-friendly... It's just that the place hasn't develop much for business to Flourish... For example Osogbo is a good place to live cos of the constant power supply and its peaceful environs..

Sports / Re: Eden Hazard And Neymar Jnr...who Is Better? by Mayor101010(m): 9:54am On Apr 24, 2015
Why do people judge players with stats and goals nowadays?... I guess Messi and Ronaldo must have set a ridiculous high standard on which players are judged... Heck Zinedine Zidane was not even a top goal scorer and he still won the Ballon D'or and also Andres Iniesta is also not a consistent goal scorer but was still considered one of d top three ballers of is era... Eden Hazard is a better all round footballer than Neymar but Neymar is a better goal scorer, more flashy player and a bit more decisive in the final third... Since people tend to judge players on goals nowadays and since goals is what make you win games Neymar will always be viewed as the better player...
Sports / Re: Eden Hazard And Neymar Jnr...who Is Better? by Mayor101010(m): 1:52am On Apr 23, 2015
First, these are two different players IMO... Let me analyse each player according to the system they both play... F.C Barcelona plays a possession base 4-3-3 system while Chelsea F.C plays a 4-2-3-1 system which require players with tactical discipline and awareness and also requires hardwoking players... In barca's system Neymar plays primarily as a left forward and as part of the three attackers... These positon requires a player to be ruthless in front of goal, more direct, and be a pure attacking threat (these players don't need to be the creative hub of their teams)... While Hazard is primarily a winger/left midfielder in the chelsea system... In this position the primary assignment is to create chances or goal oppurtunities for a goal scorer and sometimes chip in some few goals and he also has to track back to defend alot in the chelsea system... I think Hazard is more of a creative player than a goalscorer while Neymar is a pure goal getter.. I think as player now Hazard is more discipline and can play in the barca system but Neymar will struggle at first in the chelsea system with a manger like Mourinho who don't give players that much freedom.. In Conclusion, both are talented and world class... My 2 cents...
