This screenshot shows that your sister was admitted by the university but no scholarship. As you could see "Chinese Government Scholarship/Not Passed.

Last month, the university rejected the CSC scholarship applications of many applicants who got this university admission called "E-Offer".

I got the PhD CSC scholarship offer from this university yesterday, so, I know what am saying.

Maybe you should read up on HIV and ARS symptoms/seroconversion. I started feeling sick 4 weeks later and went for a test at the 6th week.
All throughout the time we dated (close to 3 years) we had sex on three occasions and she initiated all of them. It was on the 3rd occasion i got infected. I was too stupid to agree on having unprotected sex but after 2-3 minutes i came back to my senses and insisted on continuing with a condom but guess it was too late already.

For those of you saying condom this and that. I can’t remember the last time I went raw. It’s been over a year ago. Just one condom break which I pulled out immediately(101% sure I knew when it broke)gave me this virus.
One can never be too careful. Abstinence still remains the best(if only I knew before now).

Sorry for delayed response. You could get concrete information from the website of various universities.
There are jobs to do part time but I must admit it has become a bit difficult especially in the area I live. I can’t say precisely in other parts of the country.
Note, in recent times, the Norwegian especially with current anti-immigration party has stiffen immigration rules. For example, it was possible for foreign students to do second or more Masters after the completion of one but now it is almost impossible to do a second masters.
