Either way, my point still is that there’s no way you receive GNS and you won’t know as long as you do the needful. Even if you can’t access your email, you can always log in and check the transaction on your account
I think what he meant was that.... assuming he was to make a payment to me as a merchant selling goods. After he must have source for the paypal funds from a supplier, after which the payment was made by the supplier of the PayPal. He wouldn't be able to ask the merchant 'me' for my email notification to verify the payment whether it was FNF or GNS. But I think u can ask for the transaction page from the supplier of the paypal funds regardless, to know if it was FNF or GNS.
