SA Goddess:It is not about "shattered men's ego". No matter how stronge and rich a man can be, the wrong woman can keep him miserable for life. ZIM DRILL:That is where the problem lies. How many of this independent women can be said to be humble. They are very few and far inbetween. |
Ujujoan:No, I don't mean men with exra cash. By "real men" I mean committed men who are into a relationship with their heart not for what they will gain from it. However, to answer your question directly; We, men need cool-headed and loyal companion. (Not a Slave) Someone who understands her position in a family according to the culture and tradition in which we found ourself. Peace of mind is what we want, period. |
Ujujoan:@Ujujoan, there is no confusion. Men really don't want a liability for sure. It is also true that most men don't want a second Boss. It is difficult, nearly impossible to find a cool-headed carrer lady. So real men will not want to gamble. A career woman should not fret, for sure some gold-diggers are searching frantically for people like them. If you are a woman with cash and looks, you will find plenty of them. So which do you prefer, real men or gold-diggers? |
Do you believe this: "As a woman, the more independent you become, the more difficult it is for you to find a husband or (true and lasting relationship). It is better for you as a women to settle down before pursuing career. Unless you do not care about marriage" Men have upper hand in sexual economy It's not a new theory: As women progress in educational and professional opportunities, their odds of finding a committed man appear to go down. Women in their 40s and 50s have long heard this, but new research finds it's true for women just entering adulthood as well. http://pagingdrgupta.blogs.cnn.com/2011/01/18/men-have-upper-hand-in-sexual-economy/?npt=NP1 |
ok. let's be objective here. |
It may not be logical for someone to say this school or that school is the best. To say that you have to visit all the schools in Nigeria before you can make such judgment. Some people here want to say that their own school is the best. I don't think this thread is meant for one to brag about his or her own school. Let’s make good contribution here, say what you know about your school or indeed any school you know very well and let the reader judge if it is what the hype. I am very familiar with two secondary schools in Abuja, they are CAPITAL SCIENCE ACADEMY Kuje and REGINA PACIS COLLEGE Garki. I will like to tell you about them. Overwheming rejection. My friend has since recjected the job. Though he has not gotten another job |
MRbrownJAY:Yea, that is more like it. It is not a must that she must get sterilized to get the job, but that she will not take-in as long as she would like to remain on the job, meaning that as soon as she gets pregnant and can no longer handle her responsibilities fully, she will be laid off. They feel that 3 or 4 months marternity leave is a waste of resources when there are other people who can do the job without taking months off. |
"O Nations of the World, be informed that verily the attacks in Suldaniyya (Jos) and Borno on the eve of Christmas was carried out by us, Jama'atu ahlus-Sunnah Lidda'awati wal Jihad, under the leadership of Abu Muhammad, Abubakar bin Muhammad Shekau (May Allah preserve him), to start avenging the atrocities committed against Muslims in those areas, and the country in general. Therefore we will continue with our attacks on disbelievers and their allies and all those who help them, until Allah's deen triumph by His Grace and Will. "O Muslims! Do not forget that Allah has enjoined us to make provisions for fighting the disbelievers, and for that we are reminding you that the disbelievers of the world are fighting Islam and Muslims. So you must stand and strive to protect your religion and life. "With Peace Jama'atu ahlus-Sunnah Lidda'awati wal Jihad is waging Jihad in the country called Nigeria." A female friend of mine was asked to accept sterilization (tubal legation or any other) before she could be offered a Job. The condition is that she must not get pregnant or seek for Maternity leave while on the job. The job pays pretty well. However, my friend is a divorcee who had just one kid and hopes to re-marry some day. If you were in her shoe will you accept sterilization? |

swintec: MrPrsdent: r231:Thank you all for your comments. in spite of all these/ I still want to give it a try, hoping that it will all be well. |
A quarrel I had with my girl friend saw us separated for close to a year. We later reconciled and now I am set to marry her, but my friends are skeptical, they are warning me not to; that since I have quarreled with the girl for that long, that there is the possibility that we will have even bigger quarrel in future. According to my friend, since the girl was able to walk away for that long, there is every possiblity that our marriage will still hit the rock. I am worried. Do you think our marriage will hit the rock ? My family disapproved of our marriage earlier, but they are soft-pedaling now. |
i have Zain 3g modem for sale but I reside in Abuja How do you get it. it is only N799.00 |
@Afroprince, You didn't tell us what your wife thinks about all these. You know, now that you are married , in all your decisions you have to consider her. Does she mind the pay cut. If she wants you to come back, is she ready to live with the implication. I know women tend to look down on their men when they can nolonger foot all the bills. Have you considered moving your family to Lagos after she graduates. Have you considered looking for accommodation near your place of work. Have you considered the prospect of getting a better job from where you are now. If none these questions yielded any positive answer and you wife wants you back, then you have to move back to Enugu However, if your wife wants you to make the money, keep your old job, you don't know what you will meet in the new Job.
