First you have to stop kissing her on the lips. If you have to kiss her on the cheeks and let her kiss you on the lips too. And let her know that you kiss on the cheeks not lips because of germs. You have to tell her. constantly.

Talk to her to stop kissing people and when she does right there and then reprimand her. Kids memory arent that well formed yet so if wait till later, she would have forgotten what the fussing is all about.
Also tell the adults involved so that they wont encourage her to kiss them.

For sack/fire, a gross misconduct must have happened on the part of the one who was fired.

For Lay-off/retrenchment, mostly happens when there is the process of downsizing the labour force in an organization. Or letting loose the less productive arm of an organization.

If one is fired, I would be hard to get employment else where, the reason of his lack of employment comes up during an interview process. (Except the fellow wants to shy away from the truth)

While one being layed-off could get another job seamlessly.

He later went on to win Afghanistan’s first election of the 21st century in 2004. He’s been described as both an American puppet and a Taliban sympathizer, albeit at different times. His political reign over Afghanistan has been rife with allegations of voter fraud, bribery, and outright stealing from the national coffers. Karzai and his family have become very wealthy during his 2 terms as president, a fact that hasn’t gone unnoticed by the Afghani public. Karzai’s half brother, Ashmed Wali Karzai, was accused of profiting and facilitating Afghanistan’s burgeoning opium trade with the President’s blessing (he was assassinated in 2011). Only time will tell if Afghanistan’s next leader will carry on Karzai’s legacy of corruption.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo is the leader of Equatorial Guinea, one of the world’s poorest countries, but is also paradoxically one of the world’s wealthiest heads of state, with an estimated net worth of $600 million. Even though that sounds like hyperbole, it may be exactly the case. In 2003, Obiang announced that to combat corruption in public service jobs, he would be taking full control of the national treasury. He then withdrew half a billion dollars (that’s billion with a B) in state money from the national treasury and deposited it into accounts in his own name at Riggs Bank – which was later absorbed by PNC Financial Services in 2005 – a financial services company based in Washington D.C., effectively siphoning off all of the state’s money into his own pocket. In addition to draining the country’s accounts, he’s also been implicated in various human rights abuses, electoral fraud, nepotism, and using security contractors to maintain control over the country. Even ignoring all of this, one fact alone is enough to demonstrate what’s wrong with Obiang and Equatorial Guinea; the nation spends more money on presidential palaces than it does on social programs.

In North Korea’s case, their actions internationally are a direct reflection of their leader’s desires. The corruption runs so deep in North Korea that it barely qualifies as corruption, but is instead a dictatorship. Of course it’s easy to say all of this from the outside, who knows what the North Korean people are aware of. With limited access to information, some of them may truly believe their ‘great leader’ is acting in their best interests.
