Op is talking about Lagos state not federal govt. You should've read what the person wrote first. Compare Lagos state with other states like Akwaibom,Crossriver,Anambra etc. Despite huge allocation,huge internally generated revenue from Lagos state,huge investment,companies both public and private sector the present administration has no much to show in terms of Lagos State development after 8yrs. The states I mentioned are baby states compared to Lagos but their govs have done well in many areas in developing the states. Instead of concentrating on developing the state,the Lagos state govt is more interested in generating money using LASTMA,if not for intervention of fed govt,things like resident permit,tv license,generator license and d rest will be going on in Lagos state today.

Reading between the lines it is obvious US hates this country of ours. Despite the widely reported cases of human right abuses commited by Israel it's still a strong ally of US. It seems there is a sinister hidden agenda against anything Nigerian at the moment. The only two reasons i could adduce to this is (1) GEJ misrule and lack of political will to fight corruption. (2) The cold war between OBJ & GEJ.

So na GEJ OBJ cold war make US no gree sell arms to Nigeria.

Please I've been looking for who has an answer to this; do custom officers on the highways have the right to stop already registered vehicles and demand for the custom papers?
Most times I've travelled, these men stop me and ask for my custom papers used in clearing the vehicle from wharf. My cousin and many other people said they do not have the right even if I just registered the vehicle yesterday.

So please guys who knows the right answer to this with proof.

Late Bola ige, Funsho Williams, Marshal Harry and the likes were assasinated during Obj administration. How many of such case have we seen now?
The soldiers deployed to Ekiti during election did not harras any voter, the ones deployed to Osun did not disturb voters as well. Why are you scared of security operatives if you don't have skeleton in your cupboard.
The APC Chieftain was arrested by soldiers around 1:30am towards government house. For christ sake, what would a man at his level looking for outside his home by that ungodly hour?
The soldiers that arrested him do not even know who they have arrested untill they got to DSS headquaters, there he was realeased by senior officer who knew him and same officer escorted him to government house.

I congratulate president GEJ for making elections in Nigeria today free and fair. Also I like the fact that electorates are waking up to say "NO" to rigging and wrong candidates because elections cannot be rigged if the masses do not comply. Political killings,thuggery and snatching of ballot boxes are now things of d past. I love d way APC won Osun because PDP did not present the right candidate. Congrats Aregbe!!!!!!!

Dats correct. MTN has employed a lot of Nigerians dou many are contract staff. We pray dat one day they'll make dem full staff or something close to that considering the amount of profit they make because contract staff do not partake in their profit sharing things and other allowances full staff get........ If this increase of import duty on tokumbo cars takes effect as proposed by federal govt, prices of cars will fall in US market(am just thinking).

One of the greatest achievements of GEJ's administration is FREEDOM OF SPEECH & EXPRESSION among others. Now we are experiencing true democracy for the first time in Nigeria. Think back to the past administrations and tell if such ever happend ang give us examples.

GEJ has shown what democracy is all about. Any ant can come out openly,criticise and insult the president without being harrassed. Well done GEJ.
