It is a known fact that a lot of Nigerians are not finding it easy with the current recession going on in the country. Having said that, it will also be important to note that Nigeria is only experiencing a mild recession.

The United States as a country, has had 47 recessions since 1790. Please note that Nigeria is 56 years old, and in those 56 years, Nigeria is experiencing its second recession. The current recession is not Buhari's fault although it is his fault that the recession has reached the stage it has reached. If he had not implemented unfriendly policies at the WRONG time, the recession would have been milder than it is.

A lot of Nigerians employ a bad attitude toward Buhari's government. Some have gone as far as faulting him for both of the recessions - the past one and the ongoing one.
