We'll all leave earth someday sometime.. We're all praying to live long, pass on and be saved at last.. It's Not This Life I'm Worried About..

His Children wanted something different for him and themselves, stop wishing him dead. If he succeeds as the President, we will generally be direct beneficiaries, hence the need, even as the Bible admonished we as Christians to 'Pray for our Leaders'

that is a regulatory issue, not physically distinguishable, even if they were, agency banking is an all comers affair, hence nothing stops a merchant from acquiring a terminal marked 'agency banking' for that purpose.

Before the use of POS terminals as agency banking, P O S which actually means Point of Sales terminal were solely used by merchants for the sole purpose of collecting payments... now enter Agency banking, where you now use the terminals to "cash-in" (deposit) and "cash-out" (withdraw).


now, due to the current situation, terminals supposedly marked out as "merchant terminal" are used as "agency banking" and that is what CBN is trying to stop.

1. That shows the level of greed inherent in humans, but that is equally fueled by desperation. I operate a POS business and have sworn never to buy cash or sell it; when I get cash, I dispense the little I can and rest and have equally sworn not to buy cash from anyone in the name of withdrawing from POS, if you have a service I need and would not accept transfers and at no extra charge, I move to the next person or forego the need unless it is live saving.
Do not buy money from POS operators, if people don't buy they won't keep selling.

2. It is foolish for the CBN to dabble into regulating POS operators; and in this case almost everybody is guilty, the storekeeper sells cash, the keke operator, the fuel attendant.... everybody!
The CBN should be more concerned about making cash available in the banks and circulating therefrom as it were in past and not running after POS agents that people now look up to for the little cash they give when banks have failed
