ur budget is within redmi note 7 nd 7pro range (if ure to add extra cash) nd non of the two devices have the full screen display like that of huawei y9 prime, but if it must be a xiaomi device then u ve to compromise between getting the mi 9t or redmi k20pro. These two phones re the only xiaomi phones (that includes mi mix 3) with fullscreen display but if fullscreen is ur main concern then I'll advice u to go for y9 prime cos its the only fullscreen phone within ur budget.

to be on the safe path, since bootloader is unlocked already, just download global rom fastboot file and flash yourself, this way, you leave nothing to chance

he said the bootloader is locked which is a different case.

nah, I've seen it though But i rather go for the mi 9t than that mi 9se If i need that much of an upgrade. I found alot of dealbreakers on the 9SE which is a let down for me Besides the amoled nd processor(which is on par with the 7pro base on benchscore). i'm use to the note 7 form factor nd i still ve some of it accessories that m yet to use anyway which re still compatible with the 7pro. cheesy

Feed milk for a month (thats if it doesnt start rejecting after some weeks) every food given must be mashed ,try chewing them first and spit out on a plate,do this for a month or so till it get strong. Always clear all leftovers from the feeding plate and feed thrice daily, To make it happy, feed fish without bones.
create a small flat plate for water for hydration (very important)keep it around the corner so that whenever it gets tasty it can always go there.
create a sandbox around a corner either with pan or old plastic tray nd fill with sand for excrement. (Cats poo are highly pungent)
Try intiating play tactics with it either with a tiny rope or by making weird movements with ur hand beneath a cloth so that the hunting instincts can kick in.

And finally, find out the sex of ur kitten,i dont like using IT to refer to animals. angry
