dmcdad:The way those mofos talk up the "ojoro" ish, eh, you'd think the ref wears a barca jersey or the UEFA President doubles as Fc Barcelona President. Smh |
Barcelona are not been favoured by anybody, organisation or committee. Why teams normally get red card against Barcelona is simply because of their pattern of play. For instance in La Liga; Atletico Madrid, Athletic Bilbao, Real Madrid, Valencia and Sevilla are teams that presses high and play physical football which doesn't suit Barca. . When these teams or any other team that has those similar attributes play against Barcelona, there chances of getting red card are always high. Barcelona philosophy lies on possession. They are a team that enjoys having the ball always more than there opponents. That is why Barcelona will always have a ball possession of 55% to 75% in every match they play, not minding the team they are playing against. . So whenever Barcelona enjoys having the ball and passes it around, other teams are been fraustrated especially those who play physical football most especially Atletico Madrid. They are been put under unnecessary pressure and they mark or tackle anyhow in other to collect the ball thereby leading them to commiting fouls and been booked. . They way people talk about these issue is really really digusting. People thinks Barcelona are been favoured, but thats not the truth. Players like Busquets, Neymar and Suarez can commit you with any slightest foul you commit against them. Thats how they play their own football. Is not about the Referee or any type of favouritism. Barcelona phisolophy simply puts teams in danger of getting a red card and thats how it will continue to be. NO FAVOURITISM!!! The same happened with the Guardiola era. Lol. When Barcelona became unstoppable (losing once or twice a year) Madridiots pulled the "Uefalona" card. Lol. You can keep on thinking up names and Barca will keep on thinking on how to fit their next few trophees in their cabinet. |
AdeLaNa1:You had to Google these, I see. Glad I made you do that homework. Clap for yourself! |
AdeLaNa1:You're not as smart as you think. Go and rewatch the Chelsea game you so desperately refer to; of the 5 penalty claims or so, only one was valid. The ball to hand from D. Drogba to G. Pique. Only 2 out of a possible 10 refs would make that call. Be an open critic, not a beer parlour charlatan... |
sebod:Are you minding those EPL fan boys? I've yet to see a team as gang-hated like barca... That only shows the club's superiority. |

edoziebobbyyahoocom:Simply because it's Barca, a deserved yellow or red card should not be issued when occasion demands it? Talk of double standards... |
Slimzjoe:You can't have a unique talent like god-Messi in your ranks and have him track back to help out in defence. Your midfield must be real shiit for that to be. If he was out on the right, Marcelo would not dare drive forward, trust me. A. Turan was rusty coming on, and was probably overwhelmed by the awe of the occasion. Sadly, he failed! |
sebod:While I agree with you on the points listed, the formation by Lucho didn't help neither. He deployed god-Messi as the pin point man in a diamond 4-4-2 formation. He played Neymar Jnr and L. Suarez as a twin strike combo with no clear objectives as against having god-Messi play along them upfront. Marcelo had a field day, as there was nobody to keep him quiet on the right flank. He was Madrid's most dangerous player on the night. |

Madrid deserved the Win, that's the truth. Lucho's tactical naivety was exposed, plus the players, bar a few individuals were lost in the second half. Luchos man/positional sub at times is laughable. Reminds me of a certain S. Amodu of the super eagles. Why remove I. Rakitic, who was evidently the Trojan horse of the midfield? The midfield crumbled upon his exit. You remove a central midfielder for another is no tactical sub. At that moment, we were leading, the change was unnecessary. You wait for your opposing coach to make his change, anticipating his subs and formation. A. Turan practically strolled around the pitch upon his introduction. It's really a sad night! A win or draw would have been befitting of a tribute to our J. Cruyff. |

Just going through this stupid goal.com legend world cup. Penaldo fanboys are 'messiphobes' and dreamers. Only in their dreams can Penaldo be better than god-Messi, but on the pitch, Penaldo is just another player. And so may he win this meaningless beauty and popularity contest on what else- facebook.... Hahaha.... |
