When did you decide entrepreneurship is the next path for you?

I’ve always been entrepreneurially driven and ambitious. It is difficult to want to be employed in Nigeria when you are booming with ideas and leadership skills that want to manifest. When you see underdevelopment and high unemployment rates on a daily basis. We all need to continue doing more in our little or big ways to develop our continent. Entrepreneurship is my way of utilizing my years of education and experience to create a company that will impact millions.

I have a passion for fashion and I believe fashion drives confidence and communication. We all love to look good and have a great time. The right fashion style can drive conversations, can invoke confidence and can actually help generate positive results. One of the biggest fashion shows in the world, Africa Fashion Week Nigeria is searching for models who will walk the runway at this year’s edition of the event.

If you’re a model, this is an opportunity for you to showcase what you gat! The model casting for the 2016 Africa Fashion Week in Nigeria will hold on May 21, 2016.

The venue is ARAMIS, Plot 1B block49, Admiralty way, Lekki Phase 1.

TIME: 12-4pm.

Rolex recently introduced the latest iteration of the iconic Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona. The release of the timepiece is always expected to generate waiting lists around the world, but with the vintage watch market having exploded of late, combined with the Rolex Daytona’s immense popularity, the timepiece has become almost impossible to purchase.

The main problem is that Rolex is making them in such limited quantity that even the rich folks who can afford more than the retail price ($12,400) can’t get the timepiece easily and they will have to join the queue.

According to New York Times, retailers selling these coveted watches are more selective when it comes to choosing buyers. In fact, anybody who join the waiting list now, will have to wait for two or five years before he/she can cop the timepiece.

You can only get it easily if you’re super connected and rich enough to pay the retailer an amount he/she can’t resist.

Africa Fashion Week Nigeria has copped Yemi Alade as the brand ambassador of the event.

Yemi was unveiled as AFWN brand ambassador today (April 26), in Lagos.

The fashion week will kick off in Nigeria from July 1 to July 3, 2016. Fashion designers will be able to showcase their wears at the AFWN.
