Mycoffee:

Well, I also had a similar experience in 2013. Was stamped in for just 14 days because according to CBP, I got Visa for holiday and didnt state that I was coming for childbirth. I wasn't pregnant as at the time we applied as family for the visa and wasn't thinking of having another baby then. was also told by another CBP officer that I should have contacted a doctor before coming. I was asked to look for a doctor within 14days, pay my doctor and hospital fees and have the doctor write to USCIS stating the reason I cannot return to my country in 2weeks. I did and sent them a mail explaining why I cannot send in my application from the US, which by the way was because I didnt have some of the documents they requested for.

Yes the Doctor wrote a letter and while applying I submitted the letter with my application (although a lawyer applied for me in the US) I was busy looking after my child. I didn’t even get the opportunity to do Dropbox I stayed more than 6months . I clicked on it and immediately was asked to come for interview.

Goodday , please I have a question. So I traveled 2016 dec to have my baby , due to unknown circumstances I had my baby at 28 weeks (premature) , it was a very traumatizing time for me. The baby stayed in the hospital for almost 2months but his pediatrician adviced we stayed back for a while until the baby is healthy and good to go. This required me to overstay more than 6months but I applied for an extension. Note that I didn’t violate any of their laws. Now I’m trying to renew my visa via Dropbox but I was asked to come for interview in April. Please has anyone experienced this and how well can I prepare. I am also not pregnant so I’m not applying to go for child birth.

Goodevening mamas and mamas to be... I'm glad I found this thread.. I have some questions please.... I got a cercelage due to incompetent cervix around 12weeks and around 18weeks I saw little blood stain.. was scared so I called my dr and was asked to go in for a scan.. To the Glory of God the baby is fine but cervical length is short I measuring 18mm was placed on some medicine and was told to rest.... my question now is when I did the cercelage my dr told me it is okay for me to travel cos I intend traveling to have the baby.. bought ticket and have done necessary arrangement. I want to know if anyone has gone through this and still traveled without any problem .. I believe God I will carry to Term in Jesus name.. sorry for the long write up.. thank you
