Hello ladywriter , what is required to register for the payoneer card?

Saw a place where it was mentioned that one is required to scan a national ID card or international passport, or either of Utility Bill bearing one's name or a driving licence. But I have non of that. Can I use my National Voter's card in place of that National ID card?

mamagee3 the reason is guys see girls being mean as the usual attitude of many girls which is a 'subconscious' factor when a guy try to ask them out.

They do not become mean to a guy intentionally. Ladies do it out of their already prorammmed mindset of playing hard to get which does not portray the true person in them making guys chase them knowing that she is doing that just to present herself not being cheap.

On the part of the guy, he sees that as a challenge making him never want to give up chasing that lady cuz she already presented herself as a trophy to be won and u know what?

So no matter how mean u act to him he will still keep on coming after you.

Another reason why a guy will never give up on any mean girl, is if he conceives good intention towards her which he will like to prove to her. But giving up simply because she is mean to him would abruptly destroy such good intent which he wouldn't want making him keep on being nice to her as he wait patiently to finally win her heart. And when he finally does, such a girl end up falling madly madl madly in luv with the guy. Time to retrospect the guy will like : u know d stress wey u make me pass tru before I fit win u? U wey make shit hook for my yansh.... D girl wil like: Haba I no mean to do all dat to u bt I b no wan make u see me as a cheap gal na. Yes you can work with your Android Phone, as a matter of truth I do my works(bidding and writing) with my phone (Android) these days, and I personally prefer it to laptop because its faster there.

Note that you cannot work with every browser so I recommend UCbrowser full version and other apps

Yes, he has answered that question several time. you need to open a payoneer account. its a serious business and you money will be coming in through there so make sure all information you supply, you back it up somewhere. it may take a while to get to you here in Nigeria. mine took 3 weeks, but i had to go to the post office to pick it up. meanwhile get up your profile, be equipped with skill(s) and start working, so that by the time you are building and executing some jobs, your card will be travelling down here. take your time

lol I will never be a maga to any gal. This gal wil never ask a dime frm me and I wil never give her a dime or buy her things I can't win her with that. Every girl should know how to dish food. Well she will serve me if things truly kick off cuz she not that stubborn to be controlled. This is a girl I can control with words of mouth.

There is this girl I have been noticing for sometime now. She is the type of girl that doesn't like being too social with others. She has few friends and always alone.

I have been able to strike conversation with her few times. Over time I had started developing interest in her. And now I see her as my dream girl. I really want to have her as my girlfriend.

And since then I have been sending her romantic messages to show my interest in her.
In my messages, I do make it clear to her that I will be glad to have her as my woman and wish to build a future with her.

Her interest level in me is zero as she does busy my calls most of the times and attributing it to being busy and I don't hold back from expressing my disaproval and she does make adjustment.

I like this girl despite the loads of messages I do send her she is still yet to show some interest. I finally confronted her trying to talk to her but didn't give me much time.
The only word I told her was I wana build a future with her but said she was not interested. When I asked why she wasn't interested she said her mind is somewhere else. I never let that discouraged me because I believe she is not in any relationship but only having a crush on somebody else.

Now I really need this girl. She is the type of girl I have always wish to have. I want to build a future with her and I told myself I must get her no matter what. The only thing that will stop me from getting her is if I give up which I'll never do.

I really need advice on how to go about making her to understand the importance of having her in my life even if it will take a million years for her to accept me.
